PU DUCT HOSE (HEAVY DUTY)
Applications where PVC fails due to heavy wear and tear and for transporting abrasive material, powder or solid - Heavy duty PU hose is recommended.The advantage of this hose is smooth inside surface with minimum flow resistance. Excellent abrasion strength, free of softeners / halogen, physiologically safe, cadmium free.

Our Extra Heavy Duty PU Duct Hose is recommended for heavy abrasive solids, powder, pellets and injection moulding machines - for hopper delivery and vacuum lines. Extra flexible perfect smooth inside type spl. Air duct hose with heavy spring wire reinforcement with 0.8 mm / 1.0 mm wall thick type is available on request. Ideal for compact spinning ring frames and other textile applications where users need heavy duty type hoses

- 40o C to + 90o C (+125o C short term))
Special Temperature Range
- 40 oC to + 125oC (+150o Short term)
Also available flame retardant quality Can also offer 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.7 / 2 / 2.5 mm Varieties (wall thickness) Available in 10 / 15 / 20 mtr Coils
